Heating wedge welding plant for continuous welding of thermoplastic coated fabrics
Application:
Continuous and perfectly straight joining together, attaching reinforcement tapes and profiles as well as welding of back- folded thermoplastic and thermoplastic coated fabrics such as tarpaulins screens, sunshades as well as awnings made of propylene.
Concept:
Working table for spreading out the fabric lengths to be welded together. Continuous travelling welding head. Exact feeding of material by guiding rollers and devices with specific functional application.
Features:
•  Structure consisting of solid anodised aluminium profiles for receiving the linear guiding mechanism, servomotors and other devices.
•  Application optimised microprocessor control of working procedure and synchronisation of welding speed and forward feed. Input and calling of welding parameter sets forup to 40 applications per keyboard and display with automatic adjustment.
•  Welding speed: 4-10 m/min.
•  Width of welding seam: 5-40 mm
•  Length of welding seam: 4000-12000 mm
•  Mains supply: 220V / 10A
•  Compressed air: 6 bar
Options:
•  Guiding devices with specific functional application for edge guidance and for various kinds of seams, as well as guiding mechanisms for profiles and straps.
