Machines for manufacturing filters

Machines for manufacturing of filters have a long tradition at Jentschmann AG for several decades. In previous years it was mainly the development of special long arm sewing machines  for the production of filter bags, for sewing rings of steel or steel coils on filter tubes, inserting the bottom of filter tubes, etc. Today there are mainly the use of ultrasound machines with rotating sonotrodes for cutting and sealing different filter materials and the welding of filters in all possible variations. Newly developed hot-air welding machines are available for various applications. Depending on the application we offer standard or customized machines and systems. Do you have new projects?
