Stand-alone post bed Ultrasonic Welding machine for continuous gluing of fabrics and welding of thermoplastic coated tissues with manual setting of welding parameter adjustments.
Application:
Continuous gluing of all kinds of fabrics by means of heat activated adhesive tapes. Welding of thermoplast-coated fabrics and thermoplastic tissues, nonwovens, foils etc.
Concept:
Machine with free access to upper sonotrode and lower anvil roller for placing and positioning the fabric. Lowering and lifting the sonotrode by pedal.
Start/stop of welding continuously by proportional pedal.
Manual adjustment of welding power output.
Features:
•  Machine frame consisting of solid welded sheet steel for receiving all components.
•  Welding procedure: 35 kHz, 600 W ultrasonic with rotating 11 mm sonotrode and anvil roller, optional 7 mm steel or 20 mm 900 W sonotrode.
•  Lowerable Sonotrode obove anvil roller
•  Welding speed: 0.3 - 30 m/min
•  Sonotrode and anvil roller with 2 separate differentiable drives.
•  Adjustment of amplitude and /or anvil roller pressure proportional to welding speed Possibility of spotweld
